Eddie Bowcott wants to give (on behalf of Childlost) 9 trees to Kerry Needham and her family as trees of hope for Ben Needham, who has been missing for 9 years on 24th July 2000 (Kerry Needham has accepted).

Eddie Bowcott on behalf of Childlost also wants to give 8 English Oak trees to the Payne family for Sarah and in memory of Sarah who tragically died.  In memorial and memory an oak tree will be given every year to the family.

During the ceremony on 19th July 2000 an additional piece of land in the Peace park was presented to Eddie Bowcott for the planting of another 300 Oak Trees.  The planting subject to Forrestry Commission involvement will take place around November 2000.
